Our Process
01/DiscOvery
If you are interested to start a project together, please make sure to first fill up this Request Quote Form.
We will then schedule a Discovery Call online to answer any questions and figure out what fits for your business.
After our call, you will then receive a project proposal with the details and project cost.
02/CreatIon
Once you approve our proposal, you will receive a Creative Brief for us to get more details of your project.
You will then be presented with the first version of your website/graphic design prototype for your feedback, approval, or revision.
After which, you are welcome to request design refinements up to 2 times.
03/Launch
For Website Projects:
After the approval of the final web design mock-up, we will proceed with the website development in WordPress.
You will have the opportunity to check your website in private mode before it goes live according to our agreed launch date.
Please note that Website Projects usually take 6-12 weeks to complete.
For Graphic Design Projects:
You are free to request up to 3 design revisions. Before receiving the final files, please make sure to pay the remaining project balance.
